Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a purchase

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account

Open Settings and tap Delete account. Access is revoked and cleanup of your personal records is queued. See account deletion for the external request option. Account deletion does not cancel store billing.

A product is missing or wrong

Product information comes from Open Food Facts, a non-profit database anyone can improve. Allergen information must always be checked on the packet itself.
